First inspection of each process of glass

1. Objective: To standardize the inspection process of the first piece of the company's glass manufacturing process (cutting/edging/cleaning/tempering/screen printing/drying/laminating).
2. Scope of application: Applicable to the company's glass process (cutting/edging cleaning/tempering/screen printing/drying/laminating) first part inspection.
3. First inspection process, responsibilities and working requirements of each glass process (cutting/edging cleaning/tempering/silkscreen drying).

	Production supervisor	1. When the first product of the glass process (cutting/edging/cleaning/toughening/screen printing/drying/laminating) is produced, the production supervisor informs the inspector to carry out the first inspection:
	QC	2. The QC receiving the notice shall immediately implement the first inspection. The QC shall implement the first inspection of size and appearance with the corresponding testing tools based on :1, product drawing 2, customer standard 3, inspection process 4, sample, etc. : Size first inspection quantity N=2 pieces: release standard Ac=0/R e=1: Appearance first inspection quantity N=5 pieces, release standard Ae=0/Re=1.
