Glass product quality inspection operation instructions:
1. Each process requires the operator to carry out self-inspection and mutual inspection of the product of this process :(The operator is required to record: the name of the operator, the name of the self-inspection product, the specification, the quantity, the quantity of scrap and the reason for scrap)
2. Incoming inspection requirements The original glass shall be inspected according to Incoming Inspection Process and an Inspection Record shall be formed.
3. The first inspection requires QC to inspect the first product of the station according to the "First inspection Process" and form the "First inspection record".
4. Inspection requirements QC inspects the products of this process every two hours according to the Inspection Process and forms the Inspection Record.
5. Finished product inspection requirements QC shall inspect the products according to the "Finished Product Inspection Process" and form the "Finished Product Inspection Record".
6. Packaging inspection requirements QC shall conduct inspection according to (Product Packaging Specification, Finished Product Inspection Specification) and form the Finished Product Inspection Record, and issue the Product Inspection List after passing the inspection.
7.QC shall timely report to quality Department/Production Department/team the quality problems found in the process of product first inspection, inspection, completion inspection and packaging inspection, and make a good record of quality anomalies (including production date, shift, product name, description of abnormal conditions, judgment and processing results), and follow the relevant process to verify and improve the process until qualified
Note :1) QC shall be responsible for the inspection of new products and issue the new product review report;
2) The release of new products shall be signed by the production department and the quality Department.
3) The trial production of new products must be confirmed after the new product inspection, and the mass production of new products must also be ordered after the small batch trial production of new products is qualified.
