process characteristics

(1) Cutting and edging: cut the glass to the required size and then perform edging;
(2) Cleaning: Clean until the glass surface is free of dirt, water stains and water droplets;
(3) Drilling and tempering: the cleaned glass is drilled and placed in a tempering furnace for tempering; the tempering conditions are: the upper heating temperature is 700-720°C, the lower heating temperature is 690-710°C, and the heating time is 115-135s, extreme cold time is 10-14s;
(4) Printing: Printing is divided into multiple times by screen printing, drying and cleaning after each printing;
(5) Packaging inspection: Cover the product completely with copy paper, then pack it with pearl cotton, and finally separate it with foam.
